About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ReBookEasy, a product of Vorentoo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By signing up and using ReBookEasy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

ReBookEasy is a subscription-based SMS rebooking platform that allows service businesses to send automated text message reminders to their past customers. The service operates on your behalf using contact details you provide.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rebookeasy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscription and Payment

ReBookEasy is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel before your renewal date.

The Starter plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial period ends.

All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Your Responsibilities

By using ReBookEasy, you confirm that:

• You have a legitimate business relationship with the customers whose details you upload
• You have a lawful basis under UK GDPR to contact those customers by SMS
• The phone numbers you upload are accurate and belong to the intended recipients
• You will not use ReBookEasy to send unsolicited messages to people who have not previously engaged with your business
• You will honour opt-out requests promptly when customers reply STOP

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the customer data you upload. Vorentoo Ltd accepts no liability for messages sent to incorrect numbers or to customers who did not wish to be contacted.

Acceptable Use

You must not use ReBookEasy to send messages that are illegal, offensive, misleading, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these terms or that generate an unusually high rate of opt-outs or complaints.

SMS Delivery

We use third-party SMS providers to deliver messages. While we take steps to ensure reliable delivery, we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully. Network conditions, incorrect numbers, and carrier restrictions may affect delivery.

Intellectual Property

ReBookEasy, its logo, and all associated branding are the property of Vorentoo Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorentoo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of ReBookEasy, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of ReBookEasy after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
